We have extra tickets! 

Through our combined efforts, we managed to get a total of 25 BlizzCon tickets.  We intentionally got as many as we could, so that any guildies that want to go can.  We're only going to offer them to guildies until Monday (18May09), and then we'll eBay the rest.

Next batch of BlizzCon tickets go on sale at 30 May, 2009, for $125 each.  Those of us trying to get tickets will be in this page, and chat, so that we can easily communicate information.  Feel free to join us!

If last year was any indication, tickets are going to sell out in LITERALLY MINUTES.  So we will need to be ready, and communicate with each other, if we hope to get any at all.  Update: It took the 16 May batch, of approximately 15,000-20,000 tickets, about 20 min to sell out. In reality, it probably sold out in about 20 sec, since only the people in the queue within 20 sec were able to get ticets.

Before tickets go on sale:

1. Sign up for a Battle.Net account.  You will need it to purchase tickets from the Blizzard Store:  https://us.battle.net/account/creation/tos.xml
   NOTE:  You don't need to link it to your WoW account to buy tickets.
   
2. Log out of, and test logging into, your Battle.Net account: https://us.battle.net/login/login.xml
3. Add your credit card info to your Payment Options in your profile: https://us.battle.net/account/management/wallet.xml
4. Add your shipping and contact information to your profile: https://us.battle.net/account/management/address-book.xml
5. Familiarize yourself with the Blizzard Store: http://www.blizzard.com/store/

While tickets are on sale: 

1. Probably best to use Internet Explorer, maybe Firefox.
2. Go to the Blizzard Store: http://www.blizzard.com/store/
3. Move quickly to put tickets in your cart, and begin checking out.  Most of us are going to try to get as many tickets as we can, so that we can make sure as many of us as possible get to go.  Last year's limit was 5 tickets per person.
4. DO NOT REFRESH your browser.  The system will become overloaded, and begin queueing people up.  It will display information about how many tickets remain, and your place in line.  Refreshing your browser will likely break you out of line.
