Advanced Level 80 Plate Tank Gear

Notes on Gear:

All lvl 80 tanks need a MINIMUM 540 DEFENSE. This makes you immune to frontal critical hits.
Before running heroics, a tank should also have nearly all items over iLvl 150+. These items come from level 80 dungeons.
Before running raids, a tank should also have nearly all items iLvl 187+. These items come from heroic dungeons.
