Children's Week - May 2 - 8, 2010
- Objective: Use your Hearthstone while your orphan is with you.
- Orphans can be found outside the church in Stormwind or in Lower City in Shattrath.
- Everyone should have a Hearthstone that teleports you back to an Inn and if you don't go talk to an Inn keeper to get another.
- Simply use the item in your bags to summon the orphan and use your Hearthstone.
- Objective: Eat the sweets listed below while your orphan is watching.
- Tigule and Foror's Strawberry Ice Cream
- Red Velvet Cupcake
- Lovely Cake Slice
- Dalaran Doughnut
- Tasty Cupcake
- Delicious Chocolate Cake
- Dalaran Brownie
- Tigule and Foror's Strawberry Ice Cream will be sold by a vendor in Stormwind during the event next to the mailbox.
- Red Velvet Cupcake, Dalaran Doughnut, and Dalaran Brownie is sold by Aimee in Dalaran.
- Lovely Cake Slice comes from Lovely Cake sold by Aimee in Dalaran.
- Tasty Cupcake and Delicious Chocolate Cake are recipes that can be learned from cooking.
- Objective: Complete a daily quest every day for five consecutive days with your orphan out.
- You don't actually need the orphan out while you are doing the daily, only when you turn it in.
- Update: Despite what the Objective states since this morning you only have to do 5 dailies and you will get the achievement.
- Objective: Obtain one of the Children's Week reward pets.
- Complete the quest chain starting with Children's Week in Outland or Children's Week in Stormwind.
- You will be given a bunch of quests that take you around Azeroth and Outlands and bring you back to the orphanage.
- NOTE: Completing this quest chain will turn in your orphan and prevent you from doing any of the other achievements.
- Update: Yes your whistle is turned in for the pet but you can get a new whistle from the Orphanage lady.
- Objective: Take your orphan into the battlegrounds and complete the feats listed below.
- Capture the flag in Eye of the Storm
- Assault a flag in Arathi Basin
- Assault a tower in Alterac Valley
- Return a fallen flag in Warsong Gulch
- Just get in there and do it. Will know more once it starts happening. Hopefully you can get credit for being around or helping the person who does it.
- After trying a few times to capture the flag in Eye of the Storm, all I can say is good luck and hopefully we get together and do this as a guild.
- Objective: Defeat King Ymiron in Utgarde Pinnacle with your orphan out.
- Just run the dungeon and have your orphan out. If you live through the fight then you still have your orphan out and get credit.
- This can be done on Normal or Heroic, Baby!
- Objective: Acquire Egbert's Egg, Sleepy Willy, and Elekk Training Collar on one character.
- Note: This does not need to be completed for meta acheivement.
- This takes 3 years to complete as you can only do the Outland quest chain for a pet once a year.
