Love is in the Air - February 7 - 20, 2011
- Objective: Complete the Love is in the Air achievements listed below.
- Objective: Create 12 Lovely Charm Bracelets.
- This achievement last year (2009) was called Heartmender where you needed to use Braclets to mend people's hearts.
- You will already have credit for this achievement if done in previous years dispite the change.
- Obtain a Lovely Charm Collector's Kit from Kwee Q Peddlefeet in any of the capital cities. Start killing mobs that are around your level and give you expierence.
- While not 100% you will start automatically looking a Lovely Charm. Once you have 10 of these right click on the stack of them to turn it into a Lovely Charm Bracelet.
- The Lovely Charm Bracelet can be used for the daily turn it to the capital's leader or turned in to a Lovely Merchant for 1 LOve Token.
- Objective: Shoot 10 players with the Silver Shafted Arrow.
- This item is pruchased from a Lovely Merchant for 5 Love Toekns for 5 Silver Shafted Arrows.
- Just shoot 10 different people with this item and you have completed this achievement.
- Be sure to check if they do not have a mini pet out already or you will not get credit for shooting them.
- Objective: Get completely smashed, put on your best perfume, throw a handful of rose petals on Sraaz and then kiss him. You'll regret it in the morning.
- Handful of Rose Petals are purchased from a Lovely Merchant for 2 Lovely Tokens.
- Perfume Bottle is sold by a Lovely Merchant for 1 Lovely Token. There are 3 perfumes available. Each giving a different buff.
- Sraaz can be found walking around the Great Forge in Ironforge.
- Getting completely smashed is the hard part. Buy a bunch of booze, start drinking it until you get the emote that you are completely smashed.
- Select Sraaz and throw some Rose Petals on him.
- Do a /kiss emote while targeting Sraaz to complete the achievement.
- The achievement is broken into two parts so check if you got credit for both when doing this.
- Objective: Enjoy a Buttermilk Delight with someone in Dalaran at a Romantic Picnic during the Love is in the Air celebration.
- The Romantic Picnic Basket is purchased form a Lovely Merchant for 10 Love Tokens.
- A Buttermilk Delights are in Box of Chocolates that are available for 10 Love Tokens from a Lovely Merchant.
- Once you have a Buttermilk Delight and either know someone who has the Romanic Picnic Basic or place one yourself in Dalaran. Wait for some one to join you and eat the Buttermilk Delight.
- Objective: Assist the Steamweedle Cartel in stopping the sinister Crown Chemical Co. plot.
- To complete this achievement you must start in Stormwind and get the quest Something Stinks from Inspector Snip Snagglebolt.
- The quest giver is standing between the Stormwind bank and the Inn.
- Go around Stormwind, find a guard with a pink/purple cloud and use the Snagglebolt's Air Analyzer on them. Do this 6 times and turn it back in to the same NPC.
- The next quest is Pilfering Perfume. Before accepting make sure you are human (if you have forms) and not mounted. You will be turned into a goblin.
- Round out the front entrance of Stormwind, across the bridge and once outside Stormwind take a left and find a bunch of love boxes. A goblin there will throw a crate.
- Take the crate back to the quest giver and turn in the quest. If you run out of time and need another disguise, talk to the quest giver to get one.
- Fireworks At the Guilded Rose is the next quest. Talk to Marion Sutton who is inside the Inn. Go upstairs to find her and turn in the quest.
- Marion Sutton will then offer Hot On The Trail which will take you to 3 locations in Stormwind.
- Stormwind Bank - This one can be buggy. If you can't go in the bank, get off your mount or be in human form. Otherwise go to the other locations and come back.
- Stormwind Auction House
- Stormwind Barber Shop
- Once you have visited all 3, go back to the Inn and turn in the quest to Marion Sutton
- The next quest is A Friendly Chat...
- This quest has you run to the docks of Stormwind.
- You've probably heard about this guy in trade chat or general chat.
- He is not on a dock but if you go to the farthest North dock which is the one that takes you to Northrend.
- From that doc head south one dock to find Snivel Rustrocket next to some heart boxes.
- Once you finish talking to Snivel Rustrocket, return to the first NPC that started everything, Inspector Snip Snagglebolt.
- Objective: Complete the Lovely Charm Bracelet daily quest for each Alliance capital.
- A Gift for Hight Priestess of Elune
- A Gift for the Prophet
- A Gift for the Lord of Ironfordge
- A Gift for the King of Stormwind
- The objectives above are dailies given in each of the 4 Alliance capitals.
- Talk to Kwee Q. Peddlefeet to obtain a Lovely Charm Collector's Kit. Start killing mobs that would give your expierence and while not 100% you will start automatically looking a Lovely Charm.
- Once you obtain 10 Lovely Charms, right click on the stack of them to create a Lovely Charm.
- So kill mobs until you have 40 Lovely Charms then go to each capital, find the daily listed above for that capital and turn it to the leader of the capital.
- You will receive 5 Love Tokens for each turn completed which can be done daily.
- Objective: Shoot off 10 Love Rockets in 20 seconds or less.
- Get Love Rockets from a Lovely Merchant for 5 Love Tokens per 5 rockets.
- Get 10 of them and shoot them off as fast as possible to complete the achievement.
- Place the rockets on your tool bar so you can use a button on your keyboard and then place your mouse infront of your toon and click to place the casting circle.
- Objective: Use a Handful of Rose Petals on each of the race/class combinations listed below.

- Human Death Knight
- Orc Shaman

- Blood Elf Mage

- Get Handful of Rose Petals by purchasing them from a Lovely Merchant for 2 Love Tokens.
- Before using the item on your target, make sure they don't have the buff from the Rose Petals. Anyone with the buff will not count towards the achievement.
- Objective: Sample the Love is in the Air candies listed below.
- Candies are in Box of Chocolates which are purchased for a Lovely Vendor for 10 Love Tokens.
- Objective: Eat the eight "Bag of Candies" heart candies listed below.

- The Bag of Candies can be purchased from a Lovely Merchant in a capital city for 2 Love Tokens.
- They are random when created from the bag but only need to eat each of them instead of make each of them like in past years (pre 2010).
- Objective: Obtain a Bouquet of Red or Ebon Roses during the Love is in the Air celebration.
- Bouquet of Ebon Roses or Bouquet of Red Roses drops from these three Northrend bosses:
- Only need to acquire one or the other, not both. Where the Red Roses has dropped has changed so do not believe old information.
- Objective: Pity the Love Fool in the locations specified below.
- Wintergrasp
- Arathi Basin Blacksmith
- Naxxaramas
- Battle Ring of Gurubashi Arena
- The Culling of Stratholme
- Love Fool is purchasable from a Lovely Merchant for 10 Love Tokens.
- Place a Love Fool in each location, target it and emote /pity.
- For The Culling of Stratholme, you do not need a group or complete it. Just enter the dungeon, drop the Fool and pity it.
- Naxxaramas, you will need a group or a 2nd person so you can form a raid. It only counts if you are inside the dungeon.
- Objective: Open a Lovely Dress Box and receive a Lovely Black Dress.
- In 2010 this has been changed and only requires 20 Love Tokens to purchase from the Lovely Merchant.
- To get this achievement you must purchase the Lovely Dress Box and obtain the Lovely Black Dress from the box. Purchasing the Lovely Black Dress for the AH does not count.
- Note that this is not a requirement for Fool For Love.
- Objective: Obtain a permanent Peddlefeet pet by procuring a Truesilver Shafted Arrow.
- Note: No longer a requirement for the Fool For Love achievement.
- This can now be purchased from a Lovely Merchant for 40 Love Tokens.
- Objective: Defeat the trio of Crown Chemical Co. apothecaries in Shadowfang Keep.
- Go into Shadowfang Keep which is in South East Silverpine Forest.
- There are no prerequisites to start the fight but there is a quest that asks you to talk with the guy inside of Shadowfang Keep after doing the quest chain in Stormwind.
- Once inside of Shadowfang Keep, take a right and kill the mobs as you go up the stairs. In the catwalk you will find a goblin that will have the daily for starting the fight.
- This NPC will also give you a bag with 3 items: Perfume Neutralizer, Cologne Neutralizer and a Court Subpoena.
- NOTE: Completing the quest from the boss starts the fight. Only talk to the boss when you are ready.
- The Cologne makes you immune to most of the attacks from the Boss with the Purple bubble and the Perfume makes you immune to the Boss with the Green bubble.
- Start by tanking the purple boss facing away from the group. The green one will join the fight about 5 seconds after the fight starts. Taunt him or use a ranged attack to pull him over. The 3rd boss does not have an aggro table and changes targets frequently.
- The 3rd boss will be placing puddles of purple or green on the ground. This is the key: YOU MUST STAND IN THE SAME COLOR PUDDLE as the potion you drank.
- Other than that, it is an easy fight so just be sure you are aware of what puddle you are standing in.
